The Local One Health Care Fund contracts with a Pharmacy Benefit Manager, InformedRX, to provide your prescription drug benefit.  The Fund has a network of pharmacies that you may use to purchase prescriptions at the co-pays outlined in your Plan Summary.

30 day prescriptions can be filled at retail.  90 day prescriptions can be filled through the InformedRX mail order program.  Parkway Drugs and Tops Market Pharmacies can also fill 90 day prescriptions.

The Fund also contracts with Liberty Medical Mail Order to offer diabetic supplies at a reduced cost.
