You have the option of filling maintenance drugs as a 90 day supply with a lesser co-pay.  Your Summary Plan Description explains what these co-pays are.

These orders are placed through InformedRX mail order. 

Specialty Drugs...   must be ordered through Ascend Pharmacy @ 1-800-850-9122.   A specialty mail order division of InformedRX.  These drugs can be mailed to your home or at your request to your physicians office.
