As a participant in the Fund, you have online access to your account at www.ebs-benefits.com - once you sign on you will enter  your SS# with dashes, and your PIN number which is your birth date, (ie. 072666 - 2 for month/2 for day/2 for the year).

You can use this access to check your balance, apply for a loan, change your investment options, etc.

Additionally, if you do not have web access, you may use the voice response system to make any changes to your account or request information @ (toll free) 1-888-887-4015.  It will ask for your Social Security number and then your PIN number.
