Effective June 1, 2025, Unified Labor RX will the Fund’s Pharmacy Benefit Manager

UFCW Local One Health Care Fund has contracted with Pharmacy Benefit Manager, Unified Labor RX to provide your prescription drug benefit.  The Fund has a network of pharmacies that you may use to purchase prescriptions at the co-pays outlined in your Plan Summary.  Please see the below information regarding your coverage.

Effective June 1st, you will receive a welcome letter from Unified Labor RX that includes your new ID card(s).  You may start using your card on/after June 1st to fill your drug prescriptions at a Unified Labor RX network pharmacy or by mail order.  Please contact the Unified Labor RX number below for any questions regarding your prescription drug benefit.

Unified Labor RX-30 Day Prescriptions –

30-day prescriptions can be filled at any In-Network retail pharmacy. Please see the attached list below for In-Network pharmacies.

Unified Labor RX- Core Therapy Drugs

Core Therapy Drugs are those prescribed for treatment of specific disease diagnosis, i.e. Asthma, Diabetes, Heart Disease, COPD.   These drugs are limited to a $10.00 Co-Pay for a 30-day supply.

Prime Therapeutics- 90 Day- Pharmacy Prescriptions- 90-day supply with a lesser co-pay at Parkway Drugs or any Tops Pharmacy. 

Prime Therapeutics- 90 Day – Mail Order Prescriptions – You have the option of filling maintenance drugs as a 90-day supply with a lesser co-pay through Prime Therapeutics via Mail Order

Prime Therapeutics- Specialty Drugs – Must be ordered through Prime Therapeutics, call 1-844-654-2111 or LOG INTO www.primetherapetics.com/patientforms. These drugs can be mailed to your home or at your request to your physician’s office.
