Legacy Pension Funding- Our Legacy Pension is underfunded, however with the Special Financial Assistance (SFA) from the PBGC, our Pension Fund is now fully funded and we pay benefits for the next several decades. The Legacy portion of the Fund is fully invested in the markets and will build over time. The current benefits are being paid out of the SFA funds.
